For Daughters Attending Province IV Fall Assembly and Retreat Virtually
We are so glad that you will be joining us virtually for the Province IV Assembly Meeting during Province IV Fall Assembly and Retreat. The Assembly Meeting will be held in two parts:
Assembly Meeting, Part 1: Sunday, Oct. 1 3:45 – 4:45 pm EDT via Zoom
Assembly Meeting, Part 2: Tuesday, Oct. 3 1:00 – 2:15 pm EDT via Zoom
All Daughters are welcome to attend the Assembly Meeting virtually, but you must be registered. You can register on the Province IV Website until Sept. 28 at midnight. There is not a charge for attending virtually.

Before Oct. 1, you will receive a link to join the Assembly Meeting. Please be watching for an email that will give you the link to use to enter the meeting via Zoom. Also, you will need to download the agenda for the meeting and any other information you will need such as minutes for the Oct., 2022 Assembly Meeting, the Proposed Budget, etc. from the Province IV website. You are responsible for downloading the materials you will need for the meeting.
Those Serving as Delegates
If you are serving as a Delegate to the Assembly Meeting, you will be credentialed by Bobbie Puckett, our Credentials Chair, before Oct. 1, so you will be able to vote. 2023 Annual Dues must have been paid to serve as a Delegate. We ask that you put your first and last name on the screen when you are on Zoom, so you can be identified easily.
If you have registered to attend virtually and you have not been contacted by Bobbie Puckett before Oct. 1, our Credentials Chair, that means you are credentialed and may vote as a Delegate. You will be contacted if there is a question about whether you can serve or not.
