Dear Daughters in Province IV,

This special newsletter will have information about the upcoming Province IV Fall Assembly and Retreat, Oct. 1-4, 2023 at Kanuga.  Here is a list of some of the things that will take place:

• The theme for the teaching will be The Power of the Holy Spirit, and the Rev. Jean DeVaty, from the Diocese of Albany, will be our speaker. Her talks will be videoed and put on the Province IV website to be used by Chapters, Diocesan Assemblies, and individuals.
• Our Chaplain, The Rt. Rev. Glenda Curry, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, will be with us.
• We will be voting on our 2024 – 2027 Province IV Elected Officers and the Daughters at Large Delegate to represent DALs in Province IV next year at Triennial, 2024. Both parts of the Province IV Assembly Meeting will be held in person and on Zoom. If you are a Delegate remember you must be registered so you can be credentialed before the meeting. Registration to attend the Assembly Meeting Part 1 and Part 2 virtually is still open until Sept. 28 on the Province IV website.    https://provinceiv-dok.org  
• The annual Memorial Service will be held to remember our sisters who passed away during the last year.
• We will learn more about Triennial, 2024, and the things Province IV will be doing as the Host Province to make all Daughters, who attend from the United States and from around the world, feel welcome in Louisville, KY, June 26-30, 2024.
• We look forward to learning about our International Sisters and ways we can help them get to Triennial!
